Ticketwise is our only official ticket provider. Our shows are popular and sometime resellers may try to sell tickets to our shows at an extremely high mark-up. Please be aware, and buy only from our website, or by calling Ticketwise directly.

In person: Our box office opens 1 hour before each showtime, and tickets may be purchased for current or future shows.
Children 4+ will be admitted unless otherwise noted. Children under 4 may attend “All Ages” performances only. Any person entering the performance space, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket and have an assigned seat. Patrons must occupy their assigned seats and may not move to other locations in the theatre without permission. Young children may be seated in a parent’s lap only if they have a ticket and an assigned seat directly beside that occupied by the parent. Strollers are not permitted anywhere in the theatre.
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
While refunds are not possible, we may be able to swap your seat to another available performance, if you contact us at least 7 days before your original performance date. Please call Ticketwise at 416-907-0468 or toll-free at 1-888-324-6282 to check availability.
Missed performances for any reason cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please give yourself plenty of time for safe travel and for parking.
Tickets to events marked “19+” require proper ID. Refunds will not be issued for attendees who cannot produce proper ID.
All performances are approximately 2 hours 30 minutes and include one 15-minute intermission, unless otherwise noted.
“All Ages” performances for young children are approximately 1 hour with no intermission, unless otherwise noted.
Late Seating / Re-Seating
To maintain the integrity of the show, all performances will start on time, regardless of weather conditions, traffic, or other events. Please give yourself plenty of time for safe travel and for parking. Latecomers will only be seated at a pre-determined break in the performance, if one is available, or at intermission. This means you may miss a significant portion of the show if you are late.
Likewise, if you exit the performance space during the show, you will not be re-admitted until a pre-determined break in the performance, or not at all if no other pre-determined breaks exist. This means you may miss a significant portion of the show if you exit during the performance.
Parents of young children are advised to use the washroom before the performance starts, and at intermission, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes into the performance.
Once the performance begins, there is a live feed in our lobby.
Lighting and Environmental Effects
Performances may include flashing lights and amplified sounds. Other effects may include simulated fog, haze, snow, or bubbles. All simulated effects are water-based and safe for all audiences.
In some cases, simulated weapons may be used. The use has been professionally staged and rehearsed, and is safe for all actors and audiences.
In some cases, theatrical cigarettes may be used. This is a safe effect, and an additional notice will be posted at the theatre entrance.
Cellphones and Cameras
During the performance, no cellphone use will be permitted in any manner, including texting. No photos or videos, or other recording is permitted in any manner during the performance.
Some performances have scheduled “Meet & Greets” where photos may be taken with the performers.
The location of the performance is indicated on your ticket and/or receipt. We produce many performances across many venues. Please check the location of your performance carefully. Missed performances cannot be exchanged or refunded.
